Helmet Mount Design
The helmet design is longer (further away from the eye) than the Sport Glass mount. It is a secure fit that works much like a paperclip with the foam of the helmet sandwiched between the stainless steel. Many nearsighted riders have commented over the years that the longer focal point improved their vision, but we have never scientifically tested that. If you always wear your helmet, it is really handy to have the mirror securely mounted, for quick getaways.
