It is always our aim to have satisfied customers.   Our business is fueled by word of mouth and our repeated five-star reviews.  Unfortunately, we have occasioned to meet those who want to take advantage of our good intentions. Accordingly, here are some basics about returns and refunds.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

• A Tiger Eye has about the same lifespan as your favorite pair of glasses.   The mirror can chip with poor handling, can discolor if put away wet, and it can be damaged by storing in subfreezing temperatures.
• If the mirror is cracked or delaminates due to improper set up (See Installation and Care) we will not replace that mirror.
• If the mirror is damaged because it was dropped (we can tell) please do not request a replacement.
